Caber-Yay!

I quickly picked this cabernet because of the way the wine bottle looked. It was no reason to my madness, just a quick glance and grab. I was pleasantly surprised at how good it taste!

At first taste, I was shocked at how fruity this selection was on the pallet and that same fruitiness left a pleasurable aftertaste in my mouth. The fruit was very light, very berry and smokey. It was not sweet, but bitter and smooth. The smell was overpowering in a good way- this wine would be best decanted for an hour or so.

I paired this wine with some good home cooking spaghetti and it was amazing!

Cheers!
