Spanish Rosé Wine

Wine Wednesday has had me up and down the European wine row for the past two weeks. My love for European wine is blooming as I get more familiar with their unique taste. I wanted to try something different of course, and this brand of wine is definitely a unfamiliar one for me.

Spanish Rosé Wine is full of fruity notes. As any Rosé, it is largely acidic with a light back taste. Enhanced with watermelon, raspberry, red cherry, and rose peddles. The consistency is medium but strong. At first taste, I instantly felt the rage of the 12.5% alcohol content. Served chilled, this wine can be paired with a seafood paèlla (my fav Spanish dish) or even a lemon-butter cod with rice pilaf.

I have to say, Rosé wines are not my favorite, but this one can definitely be added to my collection.

Oh shit, and guess what? Its organic!!
